How many racquets can i send in for my booked appointment?
Each 1hr appointment time slot booked per customer per day is for a maximum of 2 Badminton racquets or 1 Tennis racquet only.
Can I drop off my racquets earlier before my booked appointment time?
Yes, you can drop off your racquets earlier than the booked appointment time.
If I send in my racquets earlier by a day or a week before my booked appointment, does it mean I can collect my racquets earlier?
Your racquets would only be strung at the booked appointment time.
Can I collect my racquets later than the booked appointment time?
Yes, you can collect your racquets later than the booked appointment time, just let our racquet stringers' know when you drop them off.
I won't be able to attend/ need to reschedule my appointment.
You can reschedule/change/modify/cancel your appointment via our online appointment scheduling site. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 8 hours′ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, as well as keeping our staff schedules filled and customers on our wait list would miss the opportunity to receive services.
I'm late / going to be late for my appointment.
Arrival on or before scheduled appoinment time is greatly appreciated as you may wish to discuss your string setup with our stringers. Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next customer′s scheduled appointment. Appointment holding time is 10 mins and late comers would be considered as cancellation.
The date is grayed out and I did not see the appointment time that I want to book.
If the date or appointment time is grayed out / not shown, that means there are no more appointment slots available for that day or time.
Collection and Drop-off
How many racquets can I drop-off for stringing?
There's no limit in the number of racquets that you can drop-off for stringing. Do take note that there's a limit to the slots available per day.
I have scheduled a date to pickup my racquets but my game is cancelled/postponed.
You can Whatsapp us with your collection slip number to inform us on the reschedule that you wish to make 1 day in advance subjected to the slots availabilty on the required date.
Would I be reminded to collect my racquets when it's ready?
There would not be any reminders to collect your racquet(s) once you have arranged a date and time with our stringers'.
Can I authorize someone else to collect my racquet(s) on my behalf?
Yes, you can authorize someone else to collect your racquets. You would need to:
1) Whatsapp us your request to authorize the person (Name & Contact) collecting on your behalf and
2) Physical or Digital copy of the collection slip must be produced for collection.
Can I collect my racquet(s) without collection slip(s)?
No. Physical or Digital copy of the collection slip must be produced for collection. Origin Badminton & Tennis LLP will not bear any responsibility for fraudulent claims. Please understand that it is your responsibility not to misplace/lose the collection slip(s) issued.
Do I need to make an appointment for dropping off my racquet(s)?
Appointment is not required for dropping off racquet(s) at our physical store.
