Custom racquet stringing is for players who expect their string bed stiffness to match their style and contribute to their performance. Players can choose from a wide range of strings and colour options.
Custom racquets are strung in-store by USRSA certified Master Racquet Technician and Haribito Certified Stringers.
We offer four turnaround options for custom stringing. Regardless of the turnaround you pick, your racquet will be done as soon as we can do it. But if you want to jump ahead of other racquets in line you can choose from [Super Rush] one-hour guaranteed or [Quick] one-day guaranteed.
Super Rush
One-hour: Super Rush one-hour service is exclusively for online purchase only. After placing your order, proceed to our shop to drop off your racquet. Racquet(s) are guaranteed to be done within 1 hour or less from the time they are brought into the shop.
Daily Cut-off time: 4pm.
Quick
One-day: Quick One day turnaround service is exclusively for online purchase only. Racquet(s) are guaranteed to be done within 24 hours or less from the time they are brought into the shop. Orders placed on the same day of racquets brought in will only be processed on the next working day.
Appointment NOT required.
Normal
By Appointment only. After placing order, choose from dates and timeslots available. Do take note that each timeslot is for a max of 2 badminton or 1 tennis racquet(s) only.
No Rush
Three-day: Three day turnaround racquets are guaranteed to be done within 3 days or less from the time they are brought into the shop. Orders placed on the same day of racquets brought in will only be processed on the next working day.
